Volt is seeking 2 Software Engineers to work in the downtown area of
Austin, TX. The Software Engineer is responsible for maintaining an
automated test environment for new software development. This position
collaborates with other Engineers and performs day-to-day activities to
meet departmental/project objectives.
The key experience that is desired is a background in developing Eclipse
plugins (SWT, RCP). AJAX experience is preferred
The Software Engineer would be responsible for: Specifying, planning,
reporting, designing and testing in his/her project area. Working on
product creation with responsibility of specifying components of products.
Coaching other team members in solving engineering problems. Solving
complex engineering problems. Participating in reviews of projects. May
assist with technical training.

Requirements:
5+ years relevant software design and development experience
4+ years Java development experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree required
Demonstrated Design experience in a significant Java application
HTML, CSS, JavaScript experience
GUI design experience
Experience developing Eclipse plugins (not just using), SWT
AJAX experience is preferred
