The individual will provide technical expertise in the Planning,
development and support of Graphical User Interfaces for the industry's
most flexible, enterprise job scheduling solution. This position requires
the technical professional to have an advanced and in-depth knowledge of
both Desktop and Web Interface design & development.
Technical Abilities:
Extensive Graphical User Interface development experience (desktop clients
and web interfaces) using JAVA
Work experience using Eclipse or Eclipse-based IDE's
Development experience with multithreaded, client/server applications
using TCP/IP communication protocol
Knowledge OO design methodologies and an understanding of software design
patterns
Significant experience with platform independent product solutions
Work experience using SWT and JFace is an asset
Knowledge of Industry standards for GUI design and usability
Graphical User Interface development using C++ would be an asset
