We are currently looking for a Software Development (Eclipse) Lead/Manager.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
?	Technical lead for 3.0. release of the TVWorks development kit for XML 
applications (XDK).
?	Direct management responsibility for 2 direct reports.
?	Set and monitor code quality standards
?	Mentor team members, providing code level feedback as needed.
?	Interface with internal groups, customers and partners ? strong hands on 
experience is a must.
?	Work with product and project managers to understand desired features, 
and provide input on implementation tradeoffs.
?	Document designs as needed for internal design reviews and coding.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
?	Experience in developing against specifications.
?	Expertise in Java, XML, and Web Services 
?	Expertise in developing software IDEs or similar developer tools
?	Expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.
?	Ability to learn new technologies very quickly. 
?	Ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure. 
?	Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapid project cycles. 
?	Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
?	Experience with Eclipse plugin development and SWT 
?	Experience with Java Media Framework and digital media formats is 
strongly preferred.
?	Experience with at least one J2EE Application Server Environment (i.e. 
Weblogic, ,Resin, Tomcat)
?	Experience with Web Development.
?	Experience with Windows and Linux required
?	BS in Computer Science or equivalent required
?	2+ years experience in a technical lead or manager

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION PREFERRED:
?	8+ years of software development experience (Java preferred).
?	Interactive Television Middleware a plus.
?	Knowledge of Formal Software Development Process.
