Hi!

I have a few questions to the submission form in the Eclipse Submission 
System:

- Do we have to submit any slides or files in our first proposal, or is 
it enough to submit the material after the proposal has been accepted?
- Is there any character limitation for the Abstract?
- When is the exact submission deadline (local time, UTC)?
