Hi.
I'm developing in internet a package of tools to help to study 
hebrew,until now only to the spanish world due to is my mother tongue and 
after perhaps to other languages like english and french.

One of the applicattions that i want to build up id to give to my users 
the oportunitie to use the package or part of it or in internet with the 
cellular phones or in the cellular phones...

I'm engineer in IT, but in mobile devices i haven't experience at all.
Can you address me to begin with the project?
