CONA.jar is not available from the Eclipse site.  The plug-in that uses 
this code is not distributed as part of MTJ, but is provided as an 
example of how to code a deployment provider.

If you want to get a built version of the plug-in containing the 
CONA.jar, you can follow the instructions on our binary download page 
(http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/mtj/downloads/drops/R-0.7-200611231518/index.html) 
for additional download links from Nokia.
