Hi Görkem!

Shortly answered, there will be a few mobile service providers, that can 
be used independently from the MTJ Core framework. One example of those 
is the DeploymentProvider.

I'm updating theMTJ architecture presentation in the MTJ web-site 
shortly, where this issue will be explained in more detailed manner.
