Hi Krishna,
You need to install Windows Mobile 5/6 SDK with Visual Studo 2005 and
Windows CE 5.0 SDK with embedded Visual C++ 4.0 to have emulator available
to use.
So far I can find standalone windows mobile 6 emulator at Microsoft download
site
http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/1/2/012bfbba-9fe5-4e68-86c9-d434446d97dd/0409/Windows%20Mobile%206%20Professional%20Images%20(USA).msi
And Windows CE 5.0 emulator
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=A120E012-CA31-4BE9-A3BF-B9BF4F64CE72&displaylang=en
In addition to emulators, you'll also need JRE for corresponding platforms.
