[news.eclipse.birt] DUPLICATE_LIBRARY_NAMESPACE

I have created 3 libraries:

1. A library containing a single data source
2. A data set that uses the library data source
3. A second data set that uses the library data source

When I try to use both data sets in the same report, I get a 
DUPLICATE_LIBRARY_NAMESPACE error.

Is this a bug? It doesn't seem unreasonable that the same data source 
library would be used by more than one library component included on a 
single report.

What is the correct way to handle the above problem?
