Hi, I think the easiest way is to integrate the BIRT viewer inside your 
application 
(http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/deploy/viewerSetup.php). Another 
way is to yourself develop a program loading de report with the API.

I am not expert but the best place to ask this kind of question is 
probably the BIRT group.
