Um, you only waited a minute and a half, you are unlikely to get an
answer to any question that quickly. As far as your question about XSWT,
 its distributed under the CPL, and from a quick read of it it looks
like you could. Read section 4, COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION for yourself.

The correct place would probably be the XSWT mailing list.
