[news.eclipse.tools.ve] Building Eclipse Alike apps

Hi!
I am new to the whole Eclipse+Ve world and so far i have find it to
fullfill each one of my coding needs.

However i was wondering is it posible to build Eclipse alike SWT 
applications using the Visual Editor ??? im using Eclipse 3.1 + VE 1.1

When i say Eclipse alike applications i mean application that shows 
features that look alike/work alike Eclipse perspectives and views
specially views (customize the location/size/group of components)

any help would be welcome.
