Hi!

I am using at work Eclipse in Linux Box (RedHat 9 with 2.6.x kernel, JDK 
1.50_03). I have also noticed slowness in my projects when designing 
GUIs. Unfortunately I am on vacation now, and can't give any exact 
information at the moment.

When I will return to work and continue developing SW, I will post more 
information about my environment, and problem situations I will face etc.

I just wanted to point out that there are others suffering performance 
problems with Eclipse and VE under Linux distribution. Tobias, you are 
not alone ;)
