[news.eclipse.tools.ve] Also Problems to get Ve to work

I downloaded 
jdk-1_5_0-windows-i586.exe
eclipse-SDK-3.1M6-win32.zip, 
GEF-runtime-3.1[1].zip, 
emf-sdo-runtime-2.1.0[1].zip
VE-runtime-1.1[1].zip

I extracted all the zip-Files in the eclipse Folder and started eclipse.
After i generated a new Java Swing Class  -> New-> Visual Class -> JFrame
Eclipse comes up with an error. 
-> An error occurred. See error log for more details.

The screen stays gray but eclipse still works. Eclipse also starts a view 
jFrame tasks. 

My first question is, where do i find that log file? 
Its not in the eclipse Folder and its not in my worksbench.

Then, have I made something wrong ?
