[news.eclipse.tools.pdt] Run as PHP Web Page does not start

I have installed the latest Eclipse+PDT: eclipse-php-galileo-win32.

I created a simple "Hello World" PHP file, HelloWorld.php.

> From browser, I can view this file: http://localhost/php_workspace/HelloWorld/HelloWorld.php

Within Eclipse, I selected file HelloWorld.php to Run as PHP Web Page with the same path, but nothing happens.

What is wrong with my setup???
