Code assist still seems to need a bit of polishing.

I have come across some situations when code assist doesn't work in some 
situations. It could be that one of these situations applies to you. I 
have raised a few bug reports about them.

There is something definitely iffy about code completion in this bug, 
and this sounds like it could apply to you. Try typing in a few more 
characters of something that you know should complete and see if it then 
works:
