[news.eclipse.tools.jdt] ant build properties to extend global propertie

Hi,

Is there currently a way to be able to extend global ant build 
properties for an external tool launcher so that.

Basically, what I mean is that I want to have the build file to inherit 
all properties contributed by pde as specified in the Ant runtime and 
add some of my own, how can I do this?
