[news.eclipse.tools.cdt] Debugging with a JTAG Debugger in Galileo

I installed the Zylin plugin for remote debugging on Galileo. Instead of 
showing 2 entries, I only find the entry for the native (linux) version. 
Since I am on Windows, this does not help. Where has the plugin - 
cygwin-version gone?
Let me add that I encountered essentially the same problem when installing 
it in Ganymede. Can anyone hint at an alternative to the Zylin plugin to 
get my JTAG Debugger running (again - it did so on linux).
