[news.eclipse.platform] Standard properties window

Failed to find, but it seems to me that there is any standard implementation for properties window (view). I mean some widget (window/view) that looks like a table with 2 columns: property name, value. And where I can define different cell editors for entering property value (may be property name also).

Does it really exist? :)
