[news.eclipse.platform] help regarding Action filters

Hi,

We are developing a query browser for a database as eclipse plugin . Currently we have actions in workbench toolbar for connecting to the database and other db related queries.

We need to disable the Connect To Db action when connected. We tried the Action filter but unable to solve this issue. 

Could you please let us know how this can be acheived or point to doc etc which solves our problem.
