Changing the ruler context menu id at the end of the createPartControl
has no effect. The menu is registred in the call to
super.createPartControl().
If you want to change the ruler context id, change it in the
initializeEditor() method.
Override the AbstractTextEditor#rulerContextMenuAboutToShow() to
populate the menu.
