Eclipse launches my editor with no EditorInput sort of when I double
click a file resource in the explorer that has no file underneath it
anymore. In other words, i created some files through Eclipse, then
moved them away in the file system, but did not refresh the Eclipse
Explorer. So the Files in the project don't point to anything.
I can't stop eclipse from launching my editor under these conditions.
How should I handle this empty input? Should I use some kind of empty
Uneditable EditPart when my EditPartFactory is called with null? Is
there a way to get my Editor to close?
If I try not setting the contents of the graphical viewer at all (even
to null), then eclipse gets into a dead loop when I click on the empty
Editor.
