[news.eclipse.newcomer] Actions in Toolbar for CNF

Hi All,

Can an action be provided in the common tool bar depending on the 
selection of a particular content provider for CNF.

Suppose i have two contribution C1 and C2 to CNF's content provider.
I have an Action A1.
Now i want whenever C1 contribution in the view is selected or expanded 
then only A1 to appear in the toolbar.Whenver selection moves away from 
C1,A1 disappears.

Please provide your inputs on this if this can be achieved through Common 
Navigator framework or any other way.
