[news.eclipse.newcomer] Colored rectangles in editor

Hello,

I use Eclipse to develop JavaScript. On the right hand side of the editor 
window there is a bar with colored rectangles. E.g. small red rectangles 
representing errors.
I have too many errors showing so other rectangles like bookmarks I cannot 
see anymore. They are overlapped and hidden by the red error rectangles.
So a quick navigation to the bookmarks is not possible.
My question now, can I hide the error rectangles somehow, temporarily? Or 
can I access the bookmarks in a different way than uisng the rectangles 
bar?
