[news.eclipse.newcomer] Problems building a project

Hi!

I have detected some strange behavior of an eclipse ganymed 3.4.1 
installation:

In one of the projects i cannot build any longer, reason is, if the 
message is right, that one of the source files cannot be read. There are 
some circumstances which seems a little confusing: 

- the project compiled yesterday
- I can open the source in the editor

I tried to delete the source eclipse complained about, but then the next 
java class in the project is mentioned in the message.

The message reads as follows: 

The project was not built since the source file *source* a could not be 
read

I installed a spring enhancement in between, but have uninstalled that 
already again. I do not remember i changed something else, apart from 
switching the automatic build option on and off. 

Any ideas where i could start to search?
