Hello Sergey,
Did you find any solution to this problem? I was searching for it some
time ago but without any success. Keyboard navigation through view
toolbar would be very useful and I can't believe there is no need for
such a functionality. Or maybe at last there is some common shortcut for
accessing view menu (as most views contain it)?
Today I've managed to find a bug report related to view keyboard
shortcuts - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=54909, but it
wasn't updated for more than a year now.
