Help has full of outdated information.
I found at least 

  Java Development User Guide > Getting Started  at Eclipse
  Developing Java Application > Getting Started  at IBM

If somebody copy from IBM to Eclipse only these portion, 
then it would save a lot of time for the new comer.
IBM site has higher accuracy, up to date at least most of the link.
But, unfortunately, IBM site has only Java Developer User Guide part.
But once again, it is better than nothing, I suppose. ;->
