[news.eclipse.newcomer] Which IDE to Install?

I am trying to install Eclipse/CDT/MinGW on my window xp. I am at the download page http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/. There are 7 packages for download.

Which one should I download and install?

1. Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers (68 MB) 2. Eclipse Classic 3.4 (151 MB)

I'm following a Eclipse CDT install tutorial and it's pretty confusing. I also went to http://wascana.sourceforge.net/, but the site is down. Could you tell me which Eclipse IDE to install, before I install MinGW? I appreciate it.
