[news.eclipse.modeling.mdt] Re: [UML2] Tutorials on use-case diagrams?

There are several good tutorials on the web regarding generic use-case diagrams. With those I have been able to get going with the diagramming tool. I like it. Too bad I didn't encounter it sooner as it is very easy to create quick diagrams and then export them to bitmaps. (Haven't tried the svg exports though.)

Once exported I just resize them with a bit map editor like the gimp and
reference them in my docbook text.

Fairly straight forward (unless I am missing something?)

thanks for the great tool,
John

Hi,

I wish to use the uml2 tools to document use-cases for a client. Where can I find documentation, tutorials, or samples on how to use the use-case diagram tools?

Currently using docbook as a framework for documentation and would like to add to the eclipse-help and pdf artifacts created by my documentation build use-case diagrams created from uml2 tools. Can anyone recommend 'best-practices' for integrating the use-case diagrams created with the uml2 tools with external textual documentation like docbook?

thanks for any help or suggestions,

cheers,
John
