[news.eclipse.modeling.mdt.uml2] Duplicate XMI id

I have a model in Topcased, if I open it in TextModel, there are two
elements with the same XMI id(_0BovNkUVEd6RNpVxnEI7mg) but with different
content inside:

I need a model without duplicated ids.
