[news.eclipse.modeling.gmf] gmftool - creation tool sequence

Hello,
First I created an ecore-digram. After that I created the gmftool model. 
The sequence is not I wanted. How can I change the sequence in gmftool, 
because the created models (gmfmap) references by indices.
Like gmfmap:
      <tool
          xsi:type="gmftool:CreationTool"
          href="test.gmftool#//@palette/@tools.0/@tools.2"/>
If I correct by a text editor the file gmftool, I have problems by 
creating gmfmap and the created Node is another in the created product.

Or is another GMF-SDK better?

Eclipse 3.4.1, GMF 2.1.3.
