Problem solved. The solution was found in the GMF genmodel. Under 'Gen
Editor/Gen Diagram/Gen Link ???EditPart' exists two properties,
'Incomming Creation Allowed' and 'Outgoing Creation Allowed', who
control the behavior i want.
