Hello Dennis,

i gave it a try this morning and i found the following

(1) had to change eclipse.ini to use java 8
What was the issue? Could you add the exact error message?

(2) there are compile errors checked in in

tests/org.eclipse.xtend.ide.swtbot.tests/swtbot/xtend-gen/*
intellij/org.eclipse.xtext.idea/xtend-gen/*

Yes, known issue.

(3) where does the 2.11 api baseline come from (i copy and pasted the 2.10)

Oomph should set the right version for Xtext 2.11 it’s the 2.10.0 release. Setup file and buckminster settings are up to date

(4) is it planned to go with tycho for the missing plugins, features and
the repo in a first step?

Yes, but it will take a while. Currently I’m trying to get it running with buckminster. Already succeeded locally, but fails on server.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.
I hope I can provide a nightly update site soon.

regards,
Dennis.

Thanks
Christian
