[xtext-dev] scheduling bugzillas

Hi all,

in the past we have used the release train flag together with the milestone to schedule certain bugzillas.
This approach doesn't fit our release cycles as we release more than once a year.

Instead we now use the Whiteboard field and put in the version tag name of the upcoming release.

The next planned release will be a bugfix release again, so the tag we use is 'v2.4.3'.
