Hi,

Our target platforms (Juno, Kepler) can't be resolved using Kepler 4.3RC1 and RC2. The same target platforms work just fine in Eclipse 4.2.2. The cause is a behavioural change in the SAT solver used by p2.

According to comments on the bug, the problem will be fixed in builds newer than I20130526-2000
