[xtext-dev] moving build servers and 0.7.1 update

Hi,

On wednesday July 15th the emft.eclipse.org buidl server will be taken  
down (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=273485) and we'll  
have to our build infrstructure migrated to modeling.eclipse.org by  
that time.

Nick was so nice and explained the necessary steps:

@Dennis : Do you think you can manage to move the builds of Xpand,  
Xtext and MWE this Friday?

If not we might be forced to do the 0.7.1 builds before Wednesday July  
15th.
