PDE will only compile things that are listed in features. I don't think it'll compile dependencies unless they're INCLUDED in the chain of features that are being built. (This is why our test features INCLUDE o.e.test, rather than just depending on them.)

Finally, I got the build system to fetch MWE and Xpand from CVS instead of downloading them. It does fetch the sources from CVS but it does not seem to compile them. Thus, these plugins are still not found when compiling Xtext.

What did I forget to change or what did I miss?
