[xtext-dev] Promote the latest build

Hi,

it looks like the latest Xpand build has succeeded. I'd really like to  
use the nex Xpand tooling. Could someone with the needed privileges  
please promote it, such that it can be installed using the interim  
update site? We've already tried that this afternoon, but nothing has  
arrived.
