The first URL is where the log appears BEFORE being published from 
"testing" into "testresults". Once the build is done, files are copied 
from one place to the other, and the temporary folders are purged.

As to your build getting stuck... is it possible you have a UI test 
which is waiting for user input? Or an unexpected modal dialog 
preventing something from being disposed? What happens when you run 
these tests on your own machine?
