The projects org.eclipse.xtext.ui and the corresponding test project  
are deprecated.
The only reason they are still on the HEAD is because we might want to  
copy some code from them. We shouldn't try to keep them in sync with  
the latest changes.

I've added DEPRECATED.TXT files to the project's root folders, in  
order to make this clear.
Hopefully we can get rid of these projects soon, as the current  
situation seems to be confusing.
