[xtext-dev] Development guidelines (process)

Hi,

I've started a new wiki page, explaining how we want to work on Xtext.
It's very brief and rough. Briefness is by intention, since it should  
only contain things, we consider as *very* important.
So, I'ld really appreciate if we could skip any religious code  
convention discussions this time ;-)
