[xtext-dev] Project Plan update

Hi all,

I've updated the project plan
 see: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=modeling.tmf

For now the eclipse infrastructure hasn't catched up with the recent  
changes in the eclipse devleopment process (components are projects).  
So the plan is shown using the modeling.tmf URL. This will be changed  
as soon as the infrastructure is able to recognize modeling.tmf.xtext  
as a project.

As you can see most of the plan is common bla bla. The interesting  
parts are
1) the milestones
2) the themes, which are populated using bugzilla queries (see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/Project_Plan/Modeling_Project)
