[xtext-dev] dependency changes

Hi all,

I've replaced the dependency to oAW 4.3 with M2T Xpand (Yes, there are  
working builds! Dennis made it possible :-)).
I also removed the dependency to org.antlr bundle, which contained  
both the generator as well as the runtime.
Since only the runtime is IP approved so far (because the generated is  
implemented in StringTemplate which itself is implemented in Antlr  
2.*.* and won't never be IP-approved) we are not allowed to hold the  
generator somewhere at eclipse.
It is planned to replace the generator completely but for the time  
being I have checked in a dummy bundle 'org.antlr.gen' into Eclipse CVS.
It contains a dummy facade only, so compilation works.

In order to make it executable, we need the real implementation of  
course which is checked in at sourceforge.
I've included the link into the project sets.
