This question isn't about developing with org.eclipse.xsd so best you
ask it on one of the newsgroups. I'm not sure there is a 2.11 version
of Xerces in Orbit...

I tried OxygenXML Eclipse plugin but it uses Xerces 2.9.0 too.
My configuration:
Fedora 15
eclipse-platform-3.6.2-5.fc15.x86_64
java-1.6.0-openjdk-1.6.0.0-59.1.10.3.fc15.x86_64
jdk-1.6.0_27-fcs.x86_64
I can send Eclipse config if needed.
