I've verified that the query is correctly pulling in items for M3.  You 
can view the updated query at:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/XSL_Release_Plan

If you are working on wst.xsl components, or are looking for something 
to do, please check this backlog and choose an item from the planned 
list.   This way we can continue to have a focused m3 for wst.xsl.
