Re: [wtp-releng] Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.10 I-build towards WTP 3.10.0.M6 (for Photon.0.M6 in two weeks)

Here's a respin you can try, which should hopefully fix the above issue:

http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.10.0-I/20180226173121/I-3.10.0-20180226173121/

Hi Nick,

I spotted this error when installing wtp (non-sdk) from http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.10.0-I/20180223174236/I-3.10.0-20180223174236/repository

It didn't prevent the jaxws smoketest.

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Eclipse Web Developer Tools 3.9.2.v201802171838 (org.eclipse.wst.web_ui.feature.feature.group 3.9.2.v201802171838)
Missing requirement: JSDT Web Support Core 1.1.0.v201802171654 (org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.web.core 1.1.0.v201802171654) requires 'osgi.bundle; org.eclipse.wst.validation [1.2.701,2.0.0)' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:

Thanks,

Please document your Project's testing and approval of this build,
by end of day Monday (12pm EDT), or reply to this thread if that's not possible.

I'm curious -- since these emails are archived forever, do we really need the overhead of editing wiki pages? Why not just reply to this thread with your name, project, and a +1?

Would a lighter-weight approach to smoketesting be something that everyone would be interested in adopting?

If so, reply here.

If not...wiki page is below.
