Folks,

I need to start the WTP 3.9.1a builds as soon as possible for the Java 9/JUnit 5 support release. The only changes that are allowed into this release without Eclipse PMC approval are fixes in support of Java 9 and JUnit 5. As such, I need all of the WTP 3.9.1 repository contributions tagged now. Please respond to this note with the version tag for each repository, so that WTP Releng can update the build to pull that tag's content. (Note that the final RC for that release will be in two weeks.)
