Folks,

Please tag your repositories with an appropriate tag for Oxygen- WTP Releng repositories were tagged with R3_9_0. (I also tagged the Common and Java EE Tools/EJB repositories with R3_9_0). Committers should not check in post-Oxygen work until these tags are done. Also, remember that when a Photon-only change is made, please branch your code as necessary and let WTP Releng know what branch to use for the R3_9_maintenance builds.
