Carl,
as with one of previous 3.8.2 and 3.9.0 builds, some features
aren't proposed for the installation when "Group items by
category" checkbox is checked (exactly as it was with the build
M-3.8.2-20161208000049) on Fedora Linux.
As far as I remember, the issue like this one was fixed in the
build following the "problematic" one - but I didn't spot which
change has fixed the issue.
Clearing the "Group items by category" checkbox fixes the
situation, but it's not good if the issue will appear in the final
release.
