Michael,

Our first declare for 3.9.0 won't be until 9/1 - see https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_2016-08-18 for our schedule. However, I went ahead and copied the contents of our 3.8.0 release into R3.9.0/I-latest/repository - that should free up the JSDT build. (And those contents should be automatically updated when we do our I build declare.)

JSDT builds from Gerrit or master are currently failing because parent pom references empty http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads/drops/R3.9.0/I-latest/repository . Can you please create it ASAP?
